The Arizona Target Archery Association (ATAA) is an Arizona-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting, developing, and growing the sport of target archery throughout the state. Led by a dedicated Board of Directors and supported by key stakeholders, ATAA works to create meaningful opportunities for athletes, coaches, judges, clubs, and the broader archery community.

As the nonprofit organization responsible for operating the Arizona Cup, ATAA is proud to bring one of Arizona’s premier target archery events to the Ben Avery Shooting Facility. The AAE Arizona Cup is designed to provide athletes with a high-quality, professionally managed competition while showcasing Arizona as a destination for competitive archery.

But the AAE Arizona Cup is about more than a single event. Proceeds and resources generated through the event help support ATAA’s broader mission of strengthening target archery in Arizona. Through event development, athlete opportunities, and support for the state’s archery community, ATAA is committed to building a stronger and more sustainable future for the sport.

When you participate in the Arizona Cup, you are supporting more than a tournament; you are supporting the continued growth of target archery in Arizona.

Our Mission

ATAA exists to expand opportunities for participation and competition in target archery while supporting the people and organizations that make the sport possible. We believe a strong archery community is built through quality events, knowledgeable officials, dedicated volunteers, engaged clubs, and opportunities for athletes to pursue their goals.

The Arizona Cup is one of the ways we put that mission into action.

Compete. Connect. Contribute. Grow.

Together, we are building the future of target archery in Arizona.
